Bad, they do not accept the return, but only the exchange of goods at par, that is, you have to spend as much as the goods you return, otherwise you lose the remainder, or they make you a voucher that can be spent in a single solution that is only worth two months. I brought some returned goods, to buy different sizes that cost less, but I had to buy something else that I didn't need, to reach the value of the returned goods.
The orders are basically polite, but in any case not very available and above all they are not informed about what they sell or the promotions in progress.
Truly an abyss of difference with other large distribution brands. This evaluation is drawn from several occasions, always negative.
