Giant waste of $$$. I made an appointment for a style and makeup before our engagement pictures. I didn't wash my hair the morning of, as it's a blow out bar, and my package included a wash. The stylist insisted that it didn't need to be washed, spent 10 minutes just making ringlets with a curling iron and applying hair spray. My hair fell flat before our pictures started 2 hours later and the grease from not washing it was beginning to show. The make up application was ok, I liked the eye make up but had to apply some bronzer myself when I got home because the shade of foundation was way too light and made me look pale. When I went to check out, I let the girl know that we didn't do the wash, hoping she'd take a bit off my bill. Apparently a wash is "complimentary", even though the package I had included it, and other packages don't. I was hoping for a better experience but was very disappointed.
