Ping has very friendly staff who help you find the right clubs for your personal swing. Their repair shop personnel are professional and knowledgeable, and promise 24 hour turnaround time for club repair. I was impressed by the service and I will definitely return if needed. This building is very historic because it is the exact building in which the founder of Ping originally started building golf clubs decades ago. My only complaint is how hard this building can be to find! Try asking for a discount even if you are out of warranty and they usually will be able to help you out.
