Trying to build too many houses ruining one of the last greenbelt areas in heald green for profit despite refusing to accept the negative impact such a development would have on the local community. They claim they cannot raise the money for the school improvements any other way yet I have not seen any attempt at fund raising. I'm positive the community would chip in to help the school redevelop if asked and if they took the development off the table considering they raised 10k in a few weeks to pay for legal representation to fight this monstrosity. Imagine what a few events would generate if we knew it was to prevent the building on greenbelt land. Our green spaces are limited and sacred and we don't have the infrastructure for such a massive development. Our schools, doctors and roads are already stretched beyond capacity and this would break the community but this "charity" doesn't care about the impact it will have on the local population as they don't have to live here.
