I have never seen a company as messed up and without commitment to the client as this, I bought a sofa by Ricardo Eletro, it arrived on 16/012020, but the sofa came torn, probably because they only sent 1 delivery man to unload a 2.5 MTS sofa , so I ordered the exchange and the carrier ibl stayed to pick up the sofa until 01/27/2020, and until today they had not come to pick it up, today they sent a Fiorino that will never fit the sofa, and the delivery man went to the address wrong at my father-in-law's house, I don't know how they got this address, my father-in-law said it was a sofa and the delivery guy just left, I already called the company that by the way has a terrible service, and I spoke with Carolina with Cibele and with Ana, and none of them committed to help me ... I don't know but what I do, without any support from the company, I honestly don't know how this company is still open doors
