Absolutely the worst. I called early morning, just after 8am, I needed a gas line extended to my new dryer, was told they would call between 1-3pm. After not receiving a call I called them back at 3:30. After speaking to the customer service rep, I was told I would receive a call from the dispatcher, which I did, he explained that there was some sort of office mix up and that the tech would call when he was finished with his next job. About 20 minutes later I got a call from the tech, after explaining what I needed to move the gas line about 4-5 feet, the tech told me I was looking in-between $850-$1000.00 and told me he couldn't be here for an additional hour and 45 minutes. He came up with everything he could to not do the job, I just wish the would have told me they didn't want the job and not wasted my time! SO much for a stand up company...............
