I went there to buy a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was ready to buy it and had all the papers signed I went to start the car and it started rough, I started it a couple times and than it was not starting (it was still on the dealership lot) I ened up canceling everything. I was very disappointed in the service I received. The manager told me "Cars are like light bulbs, sometimes they go, sometimes they don't" lol. The manager also told me he was going to send me a cheque for me having to pay the ICBC registration on a vehicle I did not purchase. It's been over a month and I still haven't received a cheque in the mail. Very disappointed. I will never return to this dealership, I would rather drive out of province than deal with the Westminster Toyota.
