I feel like I got quality flooring and responsive service from MacDonald Hardwoods. Everything was delivered on time and as promised. Their installation prices are high, so I went to a third party for the installation. (I think they assist DIYers, but we had NO interest in that!) I was able to return the underlayment paper and an unopened box of wood for credit, which I appreciated. I ordered a couple extra flush-mount floor vents after the fact, which I received very quickly and without hassle. I would use MacDonald's again. It would be easier for me to shop on my schedule if they had Sunday hours, but I understand employee time-off too!
