My experience with this law firm was absolutely phenomenal. Following my initial inquiry online, I was first contacted by Juanita who, given her knowledge of the law, must be a paralegal. She is EXCEEDINGLY well informed and SAVVY regarding U.S. immigration laws. Once I told her about my case, less than two hours later I was contacted by one of the firm's attorneys. He was not only honest with me, but straight to the point regarding my immigration case. He was able to answer all my questions. The very next day, I still had a few more questions and this is the best part.....instead of telling me I needed to make an appointment to have my questions answered as I already had my free consultation over the phone, a few hours later I was once again contacted by yet another very knowledgeable attorney who also was direct with me and answered all my questions. I am VERY MUCH LOOKING FROWARD TO HIRING THIS FIRM !!!!! From someone who has experience dealing with a handful of immigration attorneys, I would give Alcock & Associates 5 diamonds not 5 stars. Finally, I can say without reservation that the customer service and respect with which they deal with potential clients is second to none.
