I booked a free transportation for two via website...

I booked a free transportation for two via website but no one called me to confirm. So I called the club by myself and was told driver will contact me but still no anyone contact me. At the time of my reservation, still no one called me yet. It's the worst experience ever had in Vegas it's really one of the best club in Vegas?
