Dear Hilton I stayed at your hotel and was very impressed as it looked beautiful staff very helpful restaurants lovely as was the food. However our room was not cleaned for the whole stay even though the bed was made every day, as I have worked for the leisure industry I thought on our last day I would help house keeping by stripping off the sheets and quilt cover, to my disgust the mattress protector had a large blood stain on it and also on the quilt cover. I was rather shocked as we were in a deluxe twin room. I did mention it to reception who was very apologetic and we had a small refund. Just to say check your bed as you do not know what you re lying on even though it looked clean.
