Buying a house was stressful enough, getting Izzy (for house and contents) and Andrew (health and life) onboard, took a massive load off us.
They both provided all of the relevant info, and in terms that people not in the insurance world can understand.
In the world of insurance, I'd hope I don't have to deal with them again (to make a claim!), but I'm sure if the worst happened, they'd make the claims process go smoothly.
