Maybe it's called Sheraton, but people who work there should not do it. Two weeks ago, they blocked the funds on my account (maybe not too big but PLN 600). There are no unpaid claims to the hotel. Already 3 times I called them and 3 times I heard someone forgot to send permission to unlock. Today will be 2 weeks !!!!!!!!! Sheraton, you have financial problems that you have to keep the customers' money (even so small). Maybe someone is interested because I do not know what will bring 4 and next ringing. I'm sure you'll hear another person did not send permission. Maybe someone knows how I can get my money back?
