Pep boys damaged my rim and ripped me off. Never gave me written estimate. Then charged me way more. I sat there almost 6 hrs. Never recieved alignment report either said printer broken. Thwn after a week so called service manager says will take care of but instead lied and wont respond. I am handing this over to my attorney. I have all the texts from pep boys manager. This place is not right. Stay away..I also emailed these guys after they said to and no response still. I have went to the BBB and I am going to file small claims u crooks
