Review of BMW Seattle

Very disappointing Experience to say the least. So, I have visited BMW Seattle for an all 4 tyre change on my m240i. Despite BMW charging relatively higher prices than most other places, I decided to go ahead and do so assuming they would do a nice job. First the SA does not know if they do a road force balancing. Next they scratched my rims pretty bad. Photos attached. When I asked If I could come back for re-torquing, they absolutely had no clue. I wonder if they torque down the nuts to the correct spec. They also stripped my wheel lock key and they charged me for a new one. That is understandable. What makes me wonder is that the SA and service personnel clearly lack the knowledge and interest towards customers and their cars. BMW Seattle, hire people with little interest and passion towards bimmers. Also, when I asked for wheel alignment specs, they claim that their alignment printer was not working. Upon persistence, they handed me over their copy. I have tried contacting the front desk a couple of times before posting the review, they didn't bother to contact me back. Hey, I understand run flats are a little harder to work with but little patience and care would have done the job.I Wonder where people would take their much nicer M2, M3s etc. I also, see now why the BMW independent service shops are thriving so much.
