DO NOT USE!! I called because we needed to replace our heating wall unit and my husband could not figure out the correct wire placement. We were charged $99 just to have a SCAM ARTIST come to our house and falsely "assess" the problem with a lot of over dramatic running up and down the stairs to figure it out. He used primitive and "fearful" language like we "fried" and "cooked" our taco head zone. We just had them replaced last winter. When he told us repeatedly it is an "extremely expensive part upwards to $200 or more" I did a quick Google search and found them for $70. He then defended himself by saying that "AIELLO uses higher quality merchandise and what did I expect calling a very expensive servicer". You may want to check that AIELLO! if nothing else, don't use them because they are a "very expensive company". He tried to tell us that we needed to pay almost $700 to replace something that was not broken. Since it cost me $700 to replace 2 as well as a tune up on my boiler last winter I told him to take the $99 and get out of my house. He claimed he "did not want to leave us hanging with no heat" so he turned our unit back on, pretended to switch a wire, told us he did so, and charged us $200. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED! our heating unit was fine. It just needed the wall unit to be hooked up properly. I was very irritated and angry that he further touched my phone after I told him not to. I will NEVER CALL HERE AGAIN. I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES AS WELL. CAUTION! SCAMMERS!! LOOK UP ALL PARTS PRIOR TO USING THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!
