I called them on Saturday and I told them I needed...

I called them on Saturday and I told them I needed a camera run through my sewer pipe to confirm if there was any tree roots in the line. I asked if this would be a free estimate and they said it would be free. They gave me an appointment for Monday because a Sunday call would be $149. On Monday I had to reschedule for Tuesday at 4PM. It is now Tuesday 2:30pm and I get a call saying that a camera run would be $200.

If they would have just told me on Saturday that the camera run would be $200, I would have found someone else for Sunday. Thanks for waiting my time.
