This company is awful! My dryer hasn't been workin...

This company is awful! My dryer hasn't been working since Sunday(1/21/18). Called Monday to see if a tech could come out and fix it. Fortunately, they were able to make an appt for a tech to come out Thursday(1/25/18), which is my day off. They really don't give you a time frame for when they are coming, but the customer service rep said they will call me 45 min before they are on their way. I've been sitting at home all day waiting for them to come. I literally left my house for 10 min to pick my daughter up from the bus stop, to come home and see an invoice on my door from service america. They didnt even call me! I called the customer service department and they said I had to make another appt. I DO NOT want to be stuck sitting at home all day for nothing again! I'm off 2 days a week and apparently, they don't have any techs available when you're available. So, I'm left with a dryer that doesn't work and no one to help me with this issue. It's ridiculous! This company sucks! A 1 star rating is even too much!
