so upset right now on my way home walking my son home from school we stopped into california grill to ask for a cup of water to go for myself and my 8 yr old son they proceeded to hand me a cup that was to be used only in the restaurant and not to go i then asked for it to go and the rude waitress went on to tell me she was going to charge me for the cups because i wanted it to go.my son was as red as a tomato and today it being the hottest day in the 100's they couldnt at least give my son a cup of water i refused very upset we left and went to the next nearest restaurant which was brickhouse and they offered me the 2 cups i wanted to go! my son was finally a happy camper I come home and call to complain to the manager his name is Nick he was not helpful at all he says that they cannot be giving out cups of water to go because if they did that it would end up costing them too much money and also gave an excuse about there being so many bus stops around them and local school and the college and traffic that they are the ones that ruined it and that the restaurant has been written up before for people littering with their cups outside the restaurant.... what a disgrace especially for a child.
