I ordered fertilizer on 4/18. It was shipped prompt but somehow got stuck in MS through Fedex. I called and they promptly shipped a replacement that arrived on 5/3, however it was the incorrect product. I called and Erin assisted me. It was near quitting time and there no doubt she was ready to be off in the way she interacted. They were then out of the product. I can't help but then due to the error that was made in shipping the wrong product, they ran out of the correct product. I have referred many folks to this site and actually bought quite a few products myself. I will think long and hard before buying or referring to this business again.
