This place is ridiculous!! Insurance is suppose to be there for the homeowner! Well NOT this insurance company. Spoke to Luis Romo Claim Examiner day after day he acted like I should know what to do and explained to me that a letter attached explains it all. So tell me why you say if any questions please contact! He s VERY RUDE! Very unprofessional just wanted to argue with me cause he wanted to be right!! I m the CUSTOMER HERE! I m the reason you get paid! Called and asked to speak to the supervisor he called me back a WEEK LATER! That s great customer service for you! Crooks is what they are I received a messily $200. Check for a flood!!! That s suppose to get my house back to the way it was before the flood? NO!! I cannot believe they are even a business! Only TWO employees I came in contact with the whole month that know customer service there is Josh & Chad! They could teach Luis Romo A LOT of things! It s sad to say you pay money to a insurance company that WON T be there for the home owner when they need them the most.
