In the month of April / May I had serious problems with my business account. The fact is that, through no fault of my own and knowing, my account has been tampered with.

Subsequently, the account was blocked and deleted without warning or other notification. I have also been blacklisted, which makes it impossible for me to participate in social (payment) traffic.

In addition, I can no longer apply for a credit card. The blacklisting has therefore disastrous consequences for me, while I am initially the victim of a break-in on my business account, which I actually assumed was secured with you as a bank!

How can we ensure that the unreasonable measures are reversed as soon as possible? Furthermore, I urgently need a financial statement of the business account in connection with tax matters, could I get it from you as soon as possible?
