I did not receive car cash credit for writing this review lol. Listen, Carmel has the best rates for what I wanted, which was a Sprinter Limo for 14 people for my wedding. At first, I was a little wary of using them because of all the bad reviews. There was a little hiccup at first with them calling me 2 days before the wedding saying there were no sprinter limos, but they pulled through and found me one. On the day of, I was worried, but our limo driver - shout out to SHAFI - was there ahead of time just waiting for us. I ordered the limo early because I was worried they would be late and we were running a little bit late, but Shafi was there when we needed him. He was patient and kind, took us where we needed to go and did not show one ounce of displeasure with our big group going in 100 different places. He was also so intuitive to what our group needed - my photographer wanted to take a photo with him lying on the street, but there were cars that kept coming - Shafi blocked the traffic with the van to allow for the shot without us even asking! Come on!! Who does that? He made me day so easy and worry free. If I ever needed car service again, I'd happily book with Carmel and ask for Shafi!
