Order over a month ago and the goods never arrived...

Order over a month ago and the goods never arrived. Absolutely unreliable. Of the three washing machines ordered (order number YA16958872) they cancel two out of three after 15 days of waiting, claiming that they are no longer available. It is a pity that they have withheld (to date) the money. And the only washing machine theoretically available has never been delivered. Unfortunately I will have to turn to a lawyer to try to get money or goods back, and I will lose a lot of time about it, provided that they do not fail before (seeing how they work, I imagine soon).
