I surprised my mother with an upgraded stereo only for it to stop working less than six months after purchasing. Originally, I was told the shipping label would be send to my address only for it to never show up. A month later I call several times trying to get a hold of someone as everything is boxed up and waiting to be shipped back. I called to confirm that they received the stereo and to find out how long until I can have a new one sent out. 3 MONTHS LATER, I've been on hold for 30+minutes each time I've called to check on the status as there is a HUGE HOLE IN MY MOTHERS CAR where the stereo is supposed to be! I've spoken to management and complained but BUYERS BEWARE of the horrible customer service and lack of communication. Fingers crossed this stereo is here Friday. My mother's been without a stereo since Thanksgiving and it's now two months into the new year.
