I truly hope your experience is even slightly better than mine. I chalked the lack of customer service up to a bad day the first time I visited their Lowetree. The charges rendered for parts and labor not performed are now being disputed by AMEX. They replaced my iPhone screen w a fake. It failed the 3rd day after installation and I took it back for the screen not responding to touch, and responding without being touched at all (i.e. typing words, making calls, and opening apps without manipulation). They told me they would replace the screen again, this time with an actual iPhone screen, at full price and recharge me for the labor. Or if I wanted my money back, (not the labor cost but only the price of the screen) they'd put the old cracked (dilapidated) screen back on and I could be on my way. After the back and forth and speaking w the manager on the landline phone behind closed doors, the sales attendant decided that was the best they could do - charge me for the unserviceable parts and labor or charge me double parts and labor for an actual iPhone screen. When I declined that offer and let them know that I'd be disputing the charges, I left. Sitting out in the car on the phone with AMEX to immediately begin the dispute process, the service member approached my vehicle, knocked on the window, and said his manager had changed his mind and that they'd only re-charge me for the new iPhone screen, not the labor involved. Not happening. Still not the correct solution for a shotty patch job and ZERO pride in worksmanship or their company name. Please reconsider if you're tempted to buy from them or request their technical assistance in repairing your electronics. I was floored.
