Everything about the company is archaic and inefficient. You can't even setup/disconnect service or pay your initial deposit online, printed application, a check and snail mail only. It'll be a week MINIMUM to start services from the time you call. 4-6 week wait to "process" your disconnection and return your deposit. Their convoluted website looks and functions as if it were designed in 1995 by a 5th grader. Add in that they're a 3rd party broker/conglomerate for a bunch of old and small utility companies, and it's a disaster all the way around. They're 20+ years behind the times in every aspect.
