We bought our system from Pacific Solar a few years ago and the sales and install process went really well, and we have been happy with systems operation. Now our Inverter has shorted and the company that makes the inverter has been giving us the run around. After some initial issues getting pacific solar to return my calls, finally got Solar Edge on the phone and found they were the issue. As soon as the new inverter was delivered to Pacific Solar they had a guy come out on Saturday, his day off to install and get my system back up and running. Thank you
