This place is on Morande Street and I am a client of this company, in this place one can contract a cell phone plan or buy a new cell phone. The attention is slow and if you want to do a paperwork you must go with time and patience. In the reception the people who attend are not very empathic this can be felt, I think that this instance is good for talking with the client and selling the service or product. They can also help or answer doubts that this brings, and in this way guide the client in a better way. My experience in this place is deficient.
