My office staff has been emailing LG back and forth about a defective HBS-760 Bluetooth headset.
LG has refused to honor their own manufactures warranty.
The left ear piece does not work on the headset.
We notified LG via email, they directed us to fill out a form online, then LG refused to replace device, indicating that there was not a date on the purchase receipt, when there was actually a date on the receipt.
This has grown to the point where now it is a matter of principle.
