Part I ordered was said to be in stock, it wasn't....

Part I ordered was said to be in stock, it wasn't. Waited and extra week and half for it to ship from the manufacturer. It didn't fit my machine (my fault, they make two starters for the same engine but they aren't interchangeable). I called and emailed trying to a get a return set up, no answer on the phones and no response to emails. Just poor business.
