I wish I had discovered kickboxing as exercise 5 years ago! I love the combination of weights/cardio/kickboxing that 9Round offers. My biggest hurdle for exercising was motivation, but it's pretty difficult to talk myself out of the gym when it only takes 30 minutes. But boy, it's a challenging 30 minutes. My heart rate stays up the whole time and Justin is wonderful at keeping your effort up throughout each round. By the time you get to the end of round 9, it's over before you know it! I think I finally found the exercise routine that's right for me!
