The list of things that went wrong will take to long to list and stress me out again. There aren't words to describe all that went wrong on many levels. The important thing is they tried to make up for it and fix things as best as they can. Kira the front desk girl, Lee the bellman Tony the restaurant waiter and Reggie the engineer did their best to improve the situation as best as they could with limited resources at the time. I chalk it up to new years eve chaos and recovery. No discount on the rate for the inconvenience but at least they addressed my concerns and did best to fix.
