DIRTY AND DISGUSTING AND NO ONE THEIR GIVES A HOOT. Paid plenty of money for a room so that we could attend a concert. We arrived with enough time to put our bags in the room and leave for the show. When we returned after the concert there was a dirty used washcloth hanging over the shower rod. The bedding was sloppily made so we called the front desk to complain. Put us on hold for 15 mintues and still had nothing to say. We asked for them to at least send up clean bedding - never did. Get's better - the next morn I went to shower and there was a shampoo cap in the tub and to top it off the tub didn't drain. No ice in ice machine. Gotta go to another floor. The hallways stunk! Complained to management. Very nice and said they'd give us a full refund though Expedia even tho I booked through Groupon. NO REFUND. THIS PLACE IS GROSS.
