When you arrive to this property everyone is really nice and they are extremely pushy to sign you up for the welcome breakfast, you will receive all these gifts if you attend, OH but wait you actually have to give them 20 dollars to "hold your spot". We reluctantly agreed but figured we would just cancel in the morning. First day of our vacation "Mel" calls and wakes us up and presses us to attend this stupid breakfast so we just went. 4 HOURS later we didn't want to sign up for the stupid privilege membership and just wanted our money back and our "gifts" . NO shock here, no one wanted to give us the gifts as promised and "MEL" evaporated into thin air with our 20 dollars. Sad part is everyone was so nice to us at first and then they turned into jerks once we didn't give them more money. We were lied too and treated extremely poorly after not signing up for membership, no one wanted to deal with us and kept making excuses as to why they couldn't give us our 20 dollars back. I am disappointed in everyone at this property and will never recommend staying here. Not only did we have these ridiculous issues there were numerous other items that were gross- i.e. someone threw up in the pool so they closed it and scooped the throw up out and opened it right back up- And lastly but most Importantly i saw numerous employees refuse to serve dinner to a group of deaf individuals! MAKES ME SICK!!!!. ( Jose outside Blue moon was one man who took part in this) This hotel and its employees should all be ashamed of themselves. I attempted numerous times to complain to a manager about the appalling behavior but no manager could ever be found on property- how convenient. If i could give a negative rating I would, this was the worst experience we have had in Mexico and we come often.
