The festival was very disappointing. The $12.50 tickets only got you a wagon ride (with a 20 minute wait added on to the 20 minute wait to get into the festival) and a sunflower, which the sunflowers were mostly picked over. When buying the tickets, it seemed like cider tasting and apple picking were included. However, they were not. When we first got there, they said there was no cider tasting because they didn t have enough employees. When we left, they had cider tasting but it was $5. I feel that either cider tasting or a small bag of apples should have been included in the ticket price. Or they should have made it clear that these were extra like they made it clear with the food. A news article also said there would be a corn maze and pig races, but there were neither of these. There were too many people at this festival with not a lot to do. I would have rather not bought tickets for the festival and extra sunflowers and spent $60 on apples, donuts, and on items in the store. I now know to spend my $60 elsewhere.
