The first time I reached out they took several hours to get back to me to let me know that the car was still available. As I was dealing with the salesperson ken he kept answering the phone instead of talking to me about the car that I wanted. I then went home and filled out the bank application online to purchase the car but then no one followed up with me on the status.

If you see this dealership on rt 22, keep driving. There are better ones up the road that offer better service.
