1. You get a tiny hotel room with what is basically twin beds, not double.

2. Fridge is completely useless filled with overpriced products.

3. No free Wifi, I understand if you want faster internet or you want to unlock the Netflix/Hulu bandwidth option- but not even basic internet in a hotel that is in a place where the reception is bound not to be good.

4. Reception/check-in area is awful, understaffed, and unhelpful and the check-in and checkout process takes far too long.

5. Elevators are wonky AF and unreliable.

6. Back to the beds, most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

7. They have HD TVs but a very slim selection of HD channels and if you're looking for HBO, whelp not going to happen.

I've stayed at 4/4.5 star hotels my entire life and this one has to be the worst one I've stayed at. Next time I head to NY I'll make sure to spend my money elsewhere.
