Came in for an oil change because my car was making noise (It had done this a few times before, and the dealerships I went to told me they found nothing and the oil change made the noise go away). This time they told me my timing chain may need to be replaced, and it would cost thousands of dollars, and gave me a card to a dealer to get a new car.

What they did NOT tell me, was that driving the car away without getting the timing chain fixed would DESTROY my engine and now cost me 6000 to repair instead of 1500. I would've gladly paid the 1500 for the timing chain, but now I need to replace the entire engine because I tried to drive home.

No warning, no disclaimer, just a card for someone who works there to buy a new car.

I stopped coming here a few years ago due to poor service and communication, and now I was reminded why I'll never come back.
