George was great, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.

Edit: George was fine, but the DAY BEFORE the scheduled install - a day we had scheduled for a month - they called to say the crew was unavailable and it would have to be pushed off another 3 weeks. The next available date is the week of Thanksgiving, and we're unable to take off work. With the holidays coming up, it's likely we won't be able to get them installed until January. They offered no explanation, just a cancellation after we already rearranged our lives for this install. The really fun part is that now we're going to be paying for the next 3 months for windows we won't even have. Wish we would have shopped around a little more.

Edit 2: On the installation date, the installers arrived 2 hours late, left the job half finished, told me they were going to come back the next day to finish some external work but never did, and now set a new date for 2 weeks away to finish the work. I have no confidence that the job will actually be finished that day. Meanwhile, we've got bare wood surrounding our windows (hope the HOA doesn't notice!), random lumber in the yard, and a whole window just sitting outside for the next two weeks.

Edit 3: Dates and times they give for service are determined solely by dice roll or dart throw and do not in any way correspond to actual dates and times for them to show up.
