I along with my friend went to BBQ Nation on 26th October 2019 on reception a executive or manager whoever he was started arguing us that we have to pay difference of amount we have to pay for coupons we booked on Paytm. To which I asked him to show me in terms and conditions of paytm to which he failed.

Later on he agreed to not charge us anything apart from whatever we paid for coupons. After that the service we got was not the usually what we get. Behavior of the waiters was also not good.

We asked them to get prawns in cajuan sauce to which first the chef denied and later he said he has only 5-6 prawns with him which he can make it.

This is really surprising to us.. Has BBQ Nation lost its standard or was that treatment only because we didn't agreed to pay difference amounts he was demanding.

Later to my shock I got food poisoning and I vomited prawns after 4 days which I had in BBQ Nation.

That was a real bad experience with BBQ nation in Kalyan.
