BEWARE! They are not able to fulfill orders. I sent an email over a week ago asking for order to be cancelled and to receive a refund. There has been no refund issued. They took my money and have no one available at their customer support via phone, nor are they responding to emails or online support requests for emails. I understand this is a difficult time, however still very unethical to list products being in stock and available that are actually out of stock for weeks and you don't issue a refund in a prompt amount of time. I just tried to call their customer support again and will be submitting a SECOND online request for cancellation of the order and a refund. However, at this time it looks like my money is lost as they can't fulfill their orders and do not respond to correspondence. Even after we submitted an online inquiry for help the company has bombarded us with automated marketing and sales emails, yet has not been able to directly respond to the one email or purchase that we would like help with as this time and trusted them by becoming a new patron.
