I come from Islamabad almost once a month and have always preferred to stay at the PC. The last visit was little less than desirable but I thought it may have been a on off situation.

This most recent visit of mine was also extremely unsatisfactory.
A few of the things that contributed to the horrible exeperience

1. The ladyat thecheck in took a really long time to understand that my stay was to be billed to company. Working at Jazz, we have a lot of employees come and stay at the PC. That should not be happening.

2. Your beds are extremely uncomfortable. Change them or rotate them. They are sunken in the middle.

3. The room service was horrible. The food I would rate as less than average. Once time, they sent me a club sandwich after 1.15 minutes for the order

4. Your housekeeping staff rings the bell on an average of every other hour. One can only expect that it is for tips.

5.. The bathroom was not stocked conditioner

6. The mini bar had an opened can of pepsi.
