There is no value of any letter they provide while selected in interview also you cannot believe in HR words. I took my wife in cogent for interview, she is selected for a process same day and her salary also written in letter. But they told her that there is husband name missing in Aadhaar card so get it corrected after that you can join (they don't believe any other proof other than Aadhaar card. After correction in Aadhaar card, my wife ask the HR for joining. He gave another HR number. She told my wife that you need to give again same interview as last batch is started. My wife shows their company letter of selection but she refused. This is the way Cogent hire. Salary date is 15th, so that they can hold 15 days salary. Because they know their system is not up to the mark. Anyway my wife didn't go through the same interview and refuse the HR. The same day she gave interview in another company and selected for senior position. She is working there now.

So I never suggest anyone to believe the HR words.
