Don't attempt to cancel an acupuncture appointment...

Don't attempt to cancel an acupuncture appointment... YOU CAN'T! 2 DAYS later, and I'm still on hold 20+ minutes!!! I hang up as I have a LIFE. Such a JOKE!!!
