Overall, we had a very positive experience with Bytown. The food was delicious and the service was great. The catering manager, Joshua, was great to work with. He was helpful leading up to the wedding day and we felt relaxed knowing that he was taking care of everything on the catering end. There were a few issues during the planning process, which seemed to be caused by a lack of communication and training among the sales team, as well as under-staffing. Despite those problems, things went smoothly on the wedding day, and we were very grateful to have an experienced and professional group of people on the catering team. We were also very impressed with the food. Everything was well-seasoned and full of flavour. The late night poutine was the best I ve had!
