Pitiful - these folks are disorganized, untruthful...

Pitiful - these folks are disorganized, untruthful and don't really seem to care. I ordered a shirt prior to the date they advertised for it to be completed for Christmas delivery, called to verify with an extremely unhelpful and bored customer service agent (chalked this up to the holidays) and placed my order. Was alerted it shipped on the 19th. Later, the tracking update stated it would arrive after Christmas despite advertisements and assurance by the first customer service agent. I have spoken to two customer service agents since, who although they are trying to help, are ineffective and have not been equipped with any meaningful information. Shirt has still not arrived (as of December 30); supposedly it's in New York. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, but unsurprisingly, no response. They want to know if I want the shirt remade, hmmm, fool me once......
