I would have left 0 stars if it were possible. Worst customer service have seen. Store associates are more interested in gossip and random chit chat other than helping clients. Rude, lazy, arrogant. Very poor reflection on the brand. Brick and mortar stores are closing all around the country, you would think they would invest more into making shopping at their stores an "experience"... Not the case. I'd rather shop online or at other stores from now on
