I generally wouldn't recommend them. I've had Spengler service plan for last few years. Most of the people are fairly nice. Unfortunately, not all their service folks have deep enough experience, and you can end up in a situation where they recommend unnecessary fixes or maintenance that can be quite costly. In addition, the prices I've been quoted / charged have ranged from a little over market to many multiples of the market rate.

For low voltage work, I'd recommend Scott over at Cox Intergrated Solutions in Lebanon. For heating / cooling / green home things, I'd recommend Phill over at Green Home Solutions in Collinsville. For plumbing, I'll probably still use Spengler until I find someone better.
