Would have been a one star but Malcom at the front desk, Petrone at the bar and the super nice bell hop guys were wonderful. When we first checked in we went to the bar to get a drink and it was a male bartender and we sat there for 15 minutes and he didn t evening knowledge us, there were three people sitting up at the bar, five including us and he was busy flirting with one of the bikini clad customers so we left. Came to breakfast today and the restaurant is full and patrone was busting her butt but still acknowledged that we were sitting here and that she would be with us as soon as possible even though she was slammed, the conversation was very lively and it saved the experience here. We tripped over a 3 inch high barrier between the balcony and living room and pretty bruised up ankles, we won t stay here again.
